In top 10 Best Evening Gowns are: Canada, Chile, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Philippines, Trinidad & Tobago, United States and Vietnam. Congratulations to all designers of these wonderful project. The winner will be announced on Tuesday.
